The 8th Ankle in the Yoga Series

What is Satta Matka Final Ankle C143? in current kalyani matkari. This is a unique single Ankle final anklet guru piece which is claimed by several individuals. Its such a big question whether this is right or wrong or is it genuine or not? It also has a huge price tag of about 300 Rupees, which makes it the most expensive final anklet ever.

The story behind the making of this final anklet is actually very simple. It is supposed to be an ultimate Satta Matka Trick, which is to open the foot and just as the name suggests it snaps the anklet with one final snap. But to confuse the issue people either keep on trying to open the satta with many snaps or they keep on trying to force the state to open.

In fact both ways are wrong. This Satta Matka cannot be made to snap with any final ank, instead there is a method where you have to force the state to open using the body and leg strength combined. For that there is a secret technique, which is called Sattva Sewata which helps you a lot to force the pana in Sangam. I am pretty sure that you don't know about it so all the reading material here is directed to help you learn this sattva Sewata.

Now to start with Sattva Sewata, you have to use your right leg while drawing the foot inside the left hip and then the inside of the right leg and force it to go towards the opposite side. You should try and draw the foot inside Sangam for three times, but not more than three times, and make your release of energy on the fourth time, by placing your right hand on the inside of your left leg and make some thumb pressure inside the left side. Make sure that you release your energy on the fourth time. On the final stage, all that you have to do is to try and repeat this process for a couple of times and you will finally understand the correct way to draw sattva.

Now, the final rank of the final position is SDP Model. This is the most difficult final position and you have to take a lot of practice to master it. To start with, you have to stand with your right foot and make all the thumbs together on the inside of your right leg and apply pressure on your hips so that it comes to rest on the floor. While maintaining your thumbs, you have to bend your knees slightly and rest your hips on the floor.

When you have mastered the SDP Model, now you can sit down and meditate on the cushion by putting your hands in front of your thighs and slowly breathing in. Just slowly breathe in and out and keep repeating this process for about eight times and then go ahead and make the final ankakari. However, if you are unable to do this, you can use a chair instead. Once you get more confident, you can even perform this while watching your favourite program.
